Moonbow-Lunar Rainbow

Looks Awesome....Right?

These are Moonbow which is also known as lunar rainbow or white rainbow  or space rainbow.
The rainbow is naturally produced by light rays which are reflected by the surface of the moon and then refracting through the moist air. Moonbow are relatively faint compared to a natural rainbow because of the smaller quantity of light reflected from the surface of the moon. Moonbows are always occurred or formed at the opposite part of the sky from the direction of moon.

Moonbows are easily viewed when the moon become near to full. However as the light is usually too faint to excite the cone color receptors in human eyes, it is difficult for the human eye to distinguish the colors in a moonbow. As a result, they often appear to be white. The colors in a moonbow mainly appear in long exposure photographs.

Taj Mahal-World Wonder

Taj Mahal....One of the amazing extraordinary creation, the world ever had viewed. Taj Mahal is located in India at Agra, Uttar Pradesh state. This extreme creation was done by Mughal Empire in 1653 and standing today as a pride for whole India. Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan build this monument for the memory of his third wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Mumtaz Mahal's tomb lies inside Taj Mahal and this monument shows his eternal love and affection to his wife.

A strong labour force of 20000 workers accomplished this great monument in 12 years. This ancient monument clearly shows the amazing facts hidden in the Mughal architectural style and the creation is widely known as "the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage". Taj Mahal was constructed using materials from almost all over India and Asia and over 1,000 elephants were used to transport building materials. When Shah Jahan was put in jail by his own son, he could see the shining monument through the narrow windows of the jail. After his death, he was also buried inside the monument near to his wife's tomb.

Problems Faced.
In the Indian rebellion of 1857 against british government, the Taj Mahal was defaced by British soldiers and government officials and they cut out the precious stones and lapis lazuli from its walls. At the end of 19th century, parts of the buildings had fallen badly into disrepair.

However a great history of mughal empire lies in this monument and this place become the main heritage place for foreigners tourists.
